- Provide technical support for process-related inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist in troubleshooting process issues and provide solutions to optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve existing processes.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for processes and technical support activities.
- Train users on new process implementations and updates.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field (2 to 4 year course)
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knows simple QC tools such as Fish Bone Diagram, RCA, Pareto chart, Line or Bar graph, etc.
