Job Description
Process Technician provides technical support to engineers to ensure production goals of the organization are met. Provides assistance related to the review of existing and design of new manufacturing equipment & processes. May suggest or implement equipment purchases, modifications or calibration changes that could result in improved productivity or reduced costs related to production.
What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support to engineer on samples new tools and materials to determine the most appropriate tools, materials and methods to be used in the manufacture of company products.
- Trouble shooting plastic injection molding process problem to identify the root cause, advice on tooling, equipment & processes problem.
- Conduct continuous improvement project to improve / optimize plastic injection molding process to meet customer expectation.
