What You’ll Do:
Manage pipeline capacity & assign new loans to current team
Directly supervise a team of 10-12 Processors
Ensure proper quality, efficiency and production from their team
Work closely with Sales to maintain pipeline movement
Process loans as necessary to assist with any pipeline overflow
