Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from refining business requirements and developing go-to-market strategies, through to tendering, RFQs, RFPs, evaluation frameworks, and contract lifecycle management
  • Identify and communicate commercial and contractual risks clearly to internal stakeholders, providing practical guidance on how to manage and mitigate them
  • Partner directly with operational and functional leaders across all NZKS business units.
  • Champion procurement as a value-add function internally, building buy-in through demonstrated commercial outcomes rather than policy enforcement
  • Bring stakeholders on the procurement transformation journey through credibility, practical support, and visible delivery
  • Establish and manage supplier relationships, including supporting SRM programmes
  • Provide mentoring support to team members and key stakeholders.
