Procurement Execution Analyst

**Procurement Execution Analyst****Location**: Guadalajara SSC**Procurement Execution**:- Process Purchase Orders for MRP-generated and Non-MRP generated Purchase Requisitions as directed for US Core/Specialty Plants- Process Purchase Orders for Capital Expenditure (CapEx) Requisitions as directed for US Core/Specialty Plants- Conduct and field communications with Vendors for designated Purchase Orders- Create new Purchasing Information Records as well as maintain and update Purchasing Information records as directed- Perform and maintain centralized Source List in key Procurement systems- Monitor key Purchasing policies for Plants and conduct recurring review/analysis to ensure policies are adhered to.
- Liaise with Procurement Leads at US Core/Specialty Plants to resolve issues, risks, and dependencies related to Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Vendor Communications, and/or Vendor Invoices- Liaise with Buyers supporting other US Core/Specialty and Mexico Plants to shar...
