• Manage the purchasing of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring cost‑effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery for projects.
• Negotiate with vendors, process purchase orders, and ensure compliance with project specifications, typically requiring a construction or supply chain background.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers; maintain a preferred vendor list.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize costs.
• Process Purchase Orders (POs), review requisitions, and manage contract documentation.
