We are one of the largest one‑stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre‑mix production and construction waste recycling.

The Procurement Executive is responsible for managing end‑to‑end procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, vendor evaluation, and delivery coordination. This role supports daily operational needs by ensuring timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services at competitive prices while meeting quality and technical requirements.
