Procurement Intern — Global Exposure & Growth

Job Responsibilities

• 
  Conduct market research and gather information on potential suppliers, products, and pricing trends in new and existing countries
• .Assist in new product listing and product master data creation, including accurate data entry and documentation in the system
• .Support the procurement team in sourcing activities, vendor comparisons, and quotation analysis
• .Prepare and maintain procurement-related reports, spreadsheets, and databases
• .Coordinate with internal departments to collect product specifications and other relevant information
• .Assist in communicating with suppliers regarding product information, pricing, and documentation
• .Ensure all procurement records and files are properly organized and updated
• .Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
