Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a fit-for-purpose procurement operating model and governance framework across the Group
  • Develop procurement policies, delegation of financial authority frameworks, and category strategies
  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across priority spend categories, including fuel, forklifts, refrigeration, aviation, health and safety, and operational expenditure
  • Deliver measurable cost savings and value improvements, with early targets already identified across 5-6 spend areas
  • Establish supplier segmentation and management frameworks, building accountability and performance metrics across key supplier relationships
  • Lead complex negotiations and contract structuring across long-standing, commercially significant supplier relationships
  • Act as the primary procurement business partner to General Managers and functional leaders across the Group
