Job Description
We are seeking an experienced project Purchaser / Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and purchasing activities on our data center construction site in Seinäjoki, Finland. You will ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services at optimal cost, while building strong supplier relationships and supporting project delivery across the organization.
What You’ll Do
You will manage daily purchasing activities, oversee supplier relationships, and negotiate contracts, pricing, and lead times. You will evaluate suppliers based on quality, reliability, technical capability, and availability, while maintaining accurate records and supplier databases. You will continuously improve procurement systems and processes, develop purchasing policies, and define guidelines for tendering, quotations, and vendor selection. You will also support internal stakeholders and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
