Procurement Officer

Manage and execute procurement activities for Civil and MEP projects. Handle the complete procurement cycle from material requisition to purchase order issuance and delivery follow-up. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers and others to understand material requirements and technical specifications. Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors and vendors to obtain the best commercial and technical proposals. Maintain strong relationships with local suppliers, subcontractors and vendors. Monitor material deliveries and ensure timely supply to project sites. Maintain procurement records and update transactions accurately in the ERP system. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures and contractual requirements.
