Procurement Officer (Joinery / Fitout)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer with a strong background in joinery and interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support project execution while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure joinery fit-out hardware and finishing materials.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from multiple suppliers.
• Prepare cost comparison sheets and recommend the best supplier.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Issue Purchase Orders (PO, LPO) and monitor order status.
• Coordinate with the Estimation, Production, and Project teams regarding material requirements.
