Procurement Officer

Our client is looking for applications from qualified candidates to fill the position of Procurement Officer. Reporting to the CEO, the Procurement Officer will be responsible for overseeing the procurement and supply chain functions in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Specifically, the officer will: Prepare the annual procurement plan and budget proposal, and coordinate its implementation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Prepare and review contract agreements in line with established procedures. Participate in tender openings and commercial analyses in liaison with relevant departments, sections, and units. Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement policies, procedures, and systems for the Association. Prepare and issue tender documents, bidding requests, and requests for quotations for both regular and specialized goods and services.
