Our Opportunity
Come join the 1NA (One North America) Procurement Team as a Senior Manager executing sourcing strategies to enhance PepsiCo’s Dips competitive advantage in the marketplace ( Sabra, Tostitos etc.). This Procurement role will engage cross functionally to lead strategy setting & execution as well as oversee stakeholder engagement and alignment throughout the end-to-end sourcing process. Fresh Dips is an area where PepsiCo is taking big swings, and this role is focused on understanding and becoming a subject matter expert on our Sabra business (fresh dips leader!) so we can build on the amazing momentum that exists to expand offerings. There will be opportunities to not only build the overall sourcing strategy and manage innovations but also bring sustainability objectives to life across the materials sourced.
