Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to support purchasing and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient procurement processes, strong supplier performance, and reliable on time delivery within a high tech manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders, support payment approvals, and negotiate pricing to ensure smooth procurement execution under general supervision.
• Prepare Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and bid packages to support sourcing of new categories.
• Monitor supplier contracts to ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with suppliers to schedule, expedite, or resolve delivery issues, including shortages and delays.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
