Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Estimator to join our talented team. The ideal individual will be a good communicator and a team player with a good foundation in cost and estimating.  

Responsibilities: 

• High-level of procurement experience is required for this role.
• Commercial evaluation of bid pack packages (sub packages / Main Packages).
• Clear understanding of procurement methodology and procedures.
• Competent negotiator.
• Evaluate tender rates v market rates.
• Prepare and present a tender evaluation report.
• Developing cost plans and estimates from concept through detailed design, with a focus on electrical components.
• Delivering and presenting updated cost plans at appropriate design milestones.
