This role is responsible for supporting digital catalog operations, procurement platform management, supplier coordination, and ServiceNow-related enhancements within the IT procurement environment. The position partners with internal stakeholders and suppliers to improve catalog quality, streamline procurement processes, and support project and operational needs across regions.
What You Will Do
Catalog Management
Create and govern digital procurement catalogs to ensure they are comprehensive, accurate, and user-friendly.
Deliver responsive, value-driven quote support while maintaining proactive supplier engagement.
Coordinate supplier marketplace updates and platform changes.
Catalog Optimization and System Enhancement support
Partner with procurement and IT teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and support system enhancements.
