Job Overview
Product Application Specialist working within the Customer Solutions team in the Constructions Industries division. Regional focus on Africa and Middle East territories for Motor‑Grader products.
Responsibilities- Support field teams, dealers, and customers with deep product and services expertise.
- Focus product, services and technology development on solving customer problems at the segment and site level.
- Drive proactive technology adoption and product & services health management, leveraging data insights from the connected field population.
- Provide product application expertise at point of sale, delivering product training, applied technology, job efficiency, and safety to customers, company personnel, and dealers’ sales teams.
