As a Product Application Specialist (RadTech) , your responsibilities include delivering effective presentations on product features and benefits to both staff and customers. You will conduct market research to stay informed about current market trends and evolving customer needs. Additionally, you will collect customer feedback and provide tailored recommendations for product enhancement. Facilitating training sessions for staff and customers on product usage is also part of your role. You will actively participate in new product launches and gather post‑launch feedback. Furthermore, you will provide continuous customer support and collaborate with internal teams to align on product strategies for a consistent product experience.
