Job Description
Internship opportunity in Product Design Engineering at Sandisk, focusing on NAND testing and reliability in Penang, Malaysia.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Perform test execution on NAND BGAs
- Conduct system-level reliability and package-level reliability tests on NAND
- Perform failure analysis on rejected BGAs
- Develop Python scripts to automate log parsing and analysis
About You
The company is looking for:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic, Microelectronic, or related Engineering field
- Interest in device and embedded systems (preferred)
- Knowledge of data analysis and statistical methods (preferred)
- Understanding of electronics materials and fabrication processes (preferred)
