Product Designer (UI/UX) - Avant Power

Avant Power is part of the Avant Group, a Finnish family‑owned company and the global market leader in compact loaders. Avant Power was established in 2022 to manufacture electric batteries for Avant’s electric loaders. The company has a turnover of approximately €4 million and employs 15 people. Product development and manufacturing are 100% based in Finland.

Responsibilities

As a UI/UX Designer, you will shape the user experience of Avant Power’s cloud‑based energy solutions. You will work closely with product owners, engineers, domain experts, and end users to design intuitive, efficient, and visually compelling interfaces for both internal and customer‑facing applications.

• Design intuitive and accessible interfaces for web‑based applications and machines / equipment.
• Conduct user research, interviews, workshops, and usability studies with both internal users and external customers.
