Product Development
Translate Design concepts into feasible, high-quality products.Create/update tech packs, BOMs, and material specs.Manage prototypes, fittings, corrections, and approvals.Conduct feasibility checks on constructions and materials (denim, jersey, swimwear).Oversee sample development, timelines, and industrialization.Manage development budgets and cost efficiency.Coordinate print development for jersey (techniques, placements, approvals).Supervise denim washes, finishing treatments, and their technical/quality implications.Research new denim technologies, wash innovations, treatments, and sustainable solutions.
