Job Description

What you will do  
Develop new MG/MGP products 
Effective communication with additive companies and 3PPP suppliers 
Define projects with PLM 
Annually agreed project Objectives & Deliverables (O&Ds), work goals 
Skills and Qualifications:  
Master’s degree or above in Chemistry/Allied subjects from a recognized university with a CGPA score of 6 and above 
Minimum 3 years of relevant Industry work experience 
Good knowledge of technical tools 
Good verbal and written communication skills in English 
Solution seeker – ability to critically evaluate different solutions to address need 
Commercial intensity – ability to drive product to commercial success, not just commercialization 
Ability to manage risk 
Preferred Experiences:  
Excellent communication skills 
Business relation skills
