Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Summary)

• Responsible for Memory (NAND) product development activities focused on New Product Introduction (NPI) test development for wafer, memory, and system-level products (PCIe).

• Develops and defines functional product test plans , including test coverage strategy, flow, and validation framework for semiconductor devices.

• Designs test processes, hardware/software interfaces, system specifications, and I/O parameters ensuring compatibility with wafer test requirements and production environments.

• Develops and implements wafer test systems , including Die Sort and Wafer Level Burn-In (WLBI) , for NPI and high-volume manufacturing readiness.
