The purpose of the Product Development & Testing position is to complete assignments in support of R&D process development for the commercialization of new medical wire coating applications. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for testing and analysis of the development process for new PTFE (plastics) and non-PTFE coatings. Deliverables will include documentation and reporting on test results. Primarily responsibilities will include the testing of new coating process development samples in the QC lab. Other duties will include working with R&D, Engineering, Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality in support of executing day-to-day process development runs. Support for coating formulation preparation may be included as needed.
