Product Engineer 2 (R&D)

Job Purpose We are a British-owned company that manufactures (mainly) toys in Asia. We are seeking an experienced Product Engineer to support our new product development process from initial design stages through to pilot run. This role will work closely with our UK-based product development team and Vietnam-based production teams to ensure product safety, quality standards and manufacturing feasibility are maintained throughout the development cycle. This is a technical R&D-focused role that sits at the intersection of product design and manufacturing, representing the UK Product Teams interests during the development phase and ensuring alignment between design intent and production capability.
