Product Engineer (Machine Assembly)| Semi-con | East

Jobscope: Setup and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment. Create procedures for assembly, inspection and testing of equipment. Collaborating with the engineering team and software team to optimise system design. Document engineering improvements for future reference. Work with cross-functional engineers to resolve system issues Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or Diploma with 3-4 years of experience in setting up high-precision/automation equipment. Process good knowledge of electro-mechatronic systems. Experience in Semiconductor Assembly and Test environment, especially with AOI/Vision Inspection machines.
