Job Description
Responsibilities
- Gather and understand business requirements
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to deliver new features
- Prepare user stories, specifications, and product documentation
- Coordinate product releases and system enhancements
- Analyze user feedback and recommend improvements
- Create training materials and user guides when required
- Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Product, Business Analysis, or similar roles
- Familiar with Agile environments and tools such as JIRA, Figma, or Notion
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience in Technology, SaaS, or Digital Platform environments is an advantage
