Location: Northcliff, Johannesburg Duties & Responsibilities  
Our client is looking for a highly skilled and stable Customer Care Officer (Product Genius) for a well-established dealership based in Northcliff, Johannesburg. Requirements Automotive Industry experience 3 years minimum experience in a Customer Service role Consistent performer Ability to develop and implement systems and processes Computer Literate (e.g., MS Office, Dealership CRM Packages) Deadline driven / motivated / hands-on individual
