Product Governance Specialist for Commerical Arrangements and Inducements

Saxo is strengthening its product governance setup and is looking for a to take ownership of the firm’s inducement guardrails across markets.

The role

The role sits close to the business and focuses on making regulatory interpretations from ESMA, FINMA, FCA and UK, building framework integrity, and producing audit‑ready documentation, working in close partnership with the Product Owner for Commercial Arrangements and Inducements. You will help ensure that inducement‑related activity is clearly governed, well evidenced, and defensible under applicable regulation, while enabling compliant commercial outcomes.

You will be responsible for defining, maintaining, and evidencing Saxo’s regulatory approach to inducements. The role combines policy ownership, regulatory interpretation, and hands‑on advisory support to the business, with a strong focus on consistency, documentation quality, and supervisory readiness.
