This role focuses on maintaining system stability, handling operational support activities, and ensuring day to day functioning of applications across teams. This person will manage incidents, including troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution. This person may also participate in deployments, system updates, and configuration adjustments. This person should have strong communication skills and able to work with technical and non technical teams. This person should be proactive, organized, and eager to learn! This person must be willing to participate in 24x5 rotational on-call coverage and high-critical off-hours support
