To support this vision, the Core Platform & Services (CPS) Applications team is seeking a Product Manager focused on Business Intelligence and Operational Analytics. This role is pivotal in transforming raw platform data into actionable insights, building the dashboards and analytical frameworks that allow internal leaders to monitor adoption, optimize costs, and drive strategic growth across the MSI portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
Define BI Strategy: Lead the roadmap for internal business intelligence, identifying the key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics required by leadership to evaluate the health of the CPS ecosystem.
