Job Description

Responsibilities:
Partner with TFT dev team and Tencent product team to organize their efforts - accounting for delivery timelines, ensure product quality, revenue impacts, and opportunity costs

Support TFT China operations by helping develop publishing plans, player journey improvements, engagement initiatives, and operational opportunities.

Support TFT franchise esports strategy by identifying opportunities to strengthen player participation, viewership, and publishing integration.

Build, report, and maintain business health metrics across engagement, monetization, player sentiment, and market performance.

Conduct market analysis, business projections, impact assessments, and opportunity evaluations to support decision making.

Present business insights, product outcomes, and recommendations to stakeholders across Riot, Tencent, and partner teams.
