Own the product strategy and roadmap for SLI's digital enablement initiatives, ensuring digital products and platforms deliver measurable value to agents, bancassurance partners, and end customers. This role fills the gap created by the transfer of the Digital Enablement function from the Chief Marketing & Client Officer to the IT & Digital function, and acts as the primary product voice bridging business needs with technology delivery.
Preferred skills (heading) / Compétences particulières (titre)
Product management fundamentals: road mapping, backlog management, user story writing, prioritization frameworks (e.g. RICE, MoSCoW)
Digital product lifecycle management in financial services or insurance context
Agile/Scrum methodology; ability to work in sprint-based delivery environments
