About the Role

To lead the development and growth of the House Finance (Mortgage) portfolio by designing customer‑centric, competitive, and compliant housing finance products. The role ensures profitability, regulatory compliance with SBP guidelines, Shariah adherence (where applicable), and effective coordination with sales, risk, and operations to drive business growth and expand access to home ownership
