ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hands‑on, technical Product Manager role on our Platform and Customer domains. The Platform side includes our Rules Engine and Comms Manager. Much of the work is detailed and methodical: you take requirements, work through the logic and edge cases, and turn them into precise, build‑ready specifications.
