ABOUT THE ROLE This is a hands-on, technical Product Manager role on our Platform and Customer domains. The Platform side includes our Rules Engine and Comms Manager. Much of the work is detailed and methodical: you take requirements, work through the logic and edge cases, and turn them into precise, build-ready specifications. You work day-to-day with a distributed engineering team, so clear written specifications and communications matter.
