About the role
:The Product Manager is responsible for managing the performance of assigned products or product areas against agreed targets, including client outcomes, regulatory compliance, efficiency, profitability and innovation. You will identify and manage product risks, issues and improvement opportunities, and lead the delivery of product changes across the business. Working within the Product Development and Review Framework (PDARF), you will identify opportunities, develop business cases, secure resources, and drive successful delivery. This includes managing cross-functional impacts, ensuring alignment, and measuring the success of product initiatives. You will play a key role in supporting product understanding across the business, ensuring product intent is clear, and that enhancements continue to meet customer needs and market expectations.
