Responsibilities
- Supplier scouting & qualification
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers and product opportunities (domestic and international) that fit our product, quality, cost, lead‑time and compliance requirements.
- Run supplier discovery sprints, organize lab analysis and installation testing to validate technical capability, capacity, and commercial fit.
- Product specification & lifecycle ownership
- Develop and maintain clear, testable product specifications and acceptance criteria for sourced products.
