:The TikTok Shop Ads team builds advertising solutions that help merchants and brands grow their business on TikTok Shop. Our flagship automated solution, GMV Max, helps advertisers drive sales by simplifying campaign setup while automating delivery and ad optimization. This role will focus on the GMV Max creative pillar, which helps advertisers source, manage, understand, and improve the creatives used in their campaigns. As creative quality and volume are critical to GMV Max performance, this team builds products across creative management, AI-generated creatives, creative insights, recommendations, and testing tools.
