1. Product Design & User Research

• Deep‑Dive Workflows: Analyze Singpass Incident Response (IR) workflows to design intuitive dashboards, alert flows, and communication templates within the core IRM platform to aggressively reduce Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR).
• UX/UI Strategy: Translate user feedback into tangible wireframes and functional product requirements optimized for high‑stress environments.

2. Framework Mastery & Training (Train‑the‑Trainer)

• IMAG Expertise: Undergo intensive training to become deeply well‑versed in GovTech’s Incident Management Assessment Guide (IMAG) framework.
• Knowledge Transfer: Act as the primary trainer, upskilling both the core Singpass team and future onboarded users on the IMAG framework and the practical usage of the IRM platform.
