Compensation: $1,500–$2,500 USD/month (depending on experience and fit)

We are looking for an operator + communicator + coordinator.

Someone who genuinely enjoys helping projects move forward, creating clarity, organizing people and systems, and building strong relationships with clients.

This is a highly collaborative and client-facing role inside a small boutique software and AI implementation team working on meaningful projects involving entrepreneurship, community, operational systems, AI tools, and impact-driven organizations.

You will work directly with the founder, a junior developer, and a senior contract developer to help turn ideas into real-world products and systems.
