Product Operations Specialist, LEARN - Civil Service College (CSC)

We are seeking an experienced Product Operations Specialist to manage production releases, deployments, and platform operations for our Whole-of-Government (WOG) Product ‑ LEARN. This role requires strong technical expertise in release management, vendor coordination capabilities, and the ability to ensure seamless platform operations across multiple environments whilst maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

LEARN is a WOG learning platform that enables public officers to develop skills and competencies through WOG (digital and physical) learning resources, and curated third‑party content from providers such as Udemy, LinkedIn Learning and Harvard Business Review, to support continuous professional development and competency‑based workforce transformation.
