Product Owners work closely with User Researchers and the rest of the delivery team to create and improve a product or service, ensuring it meets user needs. They are responsible for prioritising product component delivery, according to greatest user needs. Accountable for managing and leading a team, including managing resource allocation, setting project priorities and evaluating business outcomes.
