Product Owner Manager - Engineering Operations

SailPoint is looking for a Manager of Product Owners to join our Engineering Operations team with a focus on Infrastructure and Platform Services. This management position will require a unique blend of thinking strategically outside of the box combined with hands-on practice of leading a team of Product Owners. Product Owners at SailPoint have deep experience in software development and building products for Engineers and have a Dev Ops background. They are internal facing and responsible for developing and managing roadmaps and backlogs, developing and maintaining product documentation, collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements, defining the vision for the teams products, overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development, writing development stories, and participating in scrum meetings and product sprints.
