Key Responsibilities Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritised and aligned with business goals Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria Collaborate closely with development teams to deliver high-quality solutions Act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams Participate in and drive Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities Ensure solutions delivered meet business needs and customer expectations Continuously refine and improve products based on feedback and data insights Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular progress updates Identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation Job Experience and Skills Required Minimum 3+ years as a Product Owner, BA, or similar 'translator of chaos' role Solid Agile/Scrum experience (you speak fluent sprint) Strong communication skills — you can explain tech to bus...
