Your tasks
As a Product Owner, your role is to maximize the value of the product resulting from the development team’s work. Researching, monitoring, and analyzing the market are therefore a key part of your job.
You are responsible for all aspects of requirements management. This means you must identify requirements and solicit the necessary information from all relevant stakeholders to ensure they are precise and feasible
It is essential that, as a Product Owner, you align the various interests of Product Management and Development.
You create and manage the Product Backlog in collaboration with the various agile teams. Your task involves not only prioritizing items but also, and above all, clearly describing the Epics and User Stories; visibility and transparency are crucial for this.
You approve the results of the work performed during the review meeting at the end of a sprint.
