- 5+ years of experience in product, AI, or technology project delivery.
- Experience in voice, contact center, or AI-driven solutions (preferred).
- Experience in global / multi-country environments.
- Strong understanding of business case development and KPI tracking.
- Experience in delivery management and backlog coordination.
- Languages: English: fluent (required) - Spanish: fluent (required) - Portuguese: nice to have.
