Job Overview
The Product Quality Engineer reports directly to the Product Quality Engineering Manager of the plant and functionally to the Product Quality Engineering Leader. The engineer is the plant’s quality reference for its technical scope (organic, functional, process). In mass‑production, he ensures the industrialization (from a quality perspective) of new parts, analyzes defects, and contributes to the convergence of quality results in new and in‑use parts by identifying ICA actions. He/she coordinates the quality of suppliers on his/her panel.
Responsibilities Strategic Responsibilities- Lead the external customer satisfaction on all external KPIs such as 3MIS, 1MIS, PDI, Consumer Report, JDP, social media.
