Product Quality Engineering (Saltillo)

Overview

Plant Quality Engineering responsible to accomplish and meet the company specifications, standards, functional objectives in the product.

Responsibilities

• Responsible and owner of Customer external KPI´s 1MIS and 3MIS; contributor to Plant KPI's improvement such as DR, SCA, DVX.
• Act as permanent link between Product Development (USA, Italy, Mexico) and Plant Manufacturing to coordinate the improvements and product changes, communication and business decisions; with the responsibility to drive the plant actions.
• Protect the Customer through effective plant containments, inspection controls in the QVS or Cert line and lead the permanent corrective actions from the plant with the different responsible.
• Conduct customer risk assessments to determine the need for yard holds, including PRI's or Field Actions; plant representation in the technical calls, validate inspection and repair procedures, manage suspect vehicles c...
